As the Associated Press reports, Prime Minister Edi Rama said that the country's efforts to join the European Union will focus on “innovations and artificial intelligence as two strategic pillars of our activities for Albania 2030”.
The frame passed the voice of Dielli, who in a traditional Albanian outfit spoke on two large screens for three minutes about her mission to facilitate the work of administration.
The conservative opposition coalition, headed by the Democratic Party, headed by the former prime minister and president of the Berisha hall, considers the use of Diella as a way of the frame and his office for covering up problems.

The opposition MPs were constantly hitting the tables, which prompted the chairman Niko Peleshi to shorten the debate on the government's program and voting.
The program of the Albanian Government Cabinet was adopted with 82 votes. Nobody voted against him or abstain because the opposition boycotted the vote.

As the Associated Press explains, Diell is not a product prepared for the purposes of appearance in parliament. This is a digital assistant that helps people move on online government services. As he explains his arms, he became the first “virtually created” minister of the AI office and responsible for public procurement in order to limit corruption.
Diella, presented as a character in a traditional Albanian folk costume, was created at the beginning of this year in cooperation with Microsoft as a virtual assistant on the Public Services Platform E-alumn, where she helped users to move on the side and access to about a million digital queries and documents.
