VTB launched the new season of the educational program “Name VTB Grants”. The bank implements this project for talented students for the sixth time.
According to the organizers, during this time the program has collected more than 35,000 applications. Under the terms of the program, the participants will pass multi -stage selection, as a result of which the 30 best participants will receive registered grants in the amount of 200,000 rubles for the implementation of their own projects and professional development.
As in the previous seasons, participants in “Name Grants” will visit master classes from leading VTB experts and invited speakers, will perform interactive tasks and will be able to pump their skills in several directions at once.
Within the framework of the educational course, three modules are provided:
- Professional skills: Students will study AI tools, the principles of design and visual communication to create presentations, plunge into the world of investment and finance.
- Flexible skills: Participants will be able to improve their competencies in communication, leadership, team interaction and learn the secrets of building a personal brand.
- Career construction: Students will receive advice and recommendations from VTB experts on career planning and development.
Students of undergraduate, magistrates and specialties of 2026-2027, who study at target faculties in 38 leading universities in Russia, can participate in the VTB Particular program.
At the final of the project, in December, the TOP-250 participants will receive gifts and fast-tracks for bank internships, and 30 winners with the best result by tradition will receive grants of 200,000 rubles to embody their career ambitions.
