At a meeting of the General Council of United Russia, Secretary of the General Council Vladimir Yakushev announced the party’s full readiness to solve problems within the framework of the 2026 election campaign. All party structures are functioning as usual, work in key areas is being carried out systematically.

“The entire infrastructure of the party is ready and loaded, we are in the active phase of the preliminary voting and the election campaign. Our task is to go through this path in an organized manner,” emphasized Vladimir Yakushev.

Particular attention at the meeting was paid to the formation of a new People's Program. To date, more than 16 thousand proposals have been collected. The document will consist of two parts: the first is an election program with specific solutions to pressing problems and a work plan for the term of office of the future parliament, the second is a value-ideological block that sets strategic guidelines for the country's development. An important area remains the support of participants in the special military operation who are participating in the elections. A total of 1,709 applications were submitted for the preliminary vote, of which 506 were for nomination to the State Duma, 81 were from members of the SBO. There is an additional support measure for them: 25% of the results of electronic voting. In addition, mentoring support is provided.

“Every participant in a special military operation must have his own mentor. Naturally, from the first moment, as soon as a participant in a special military operation decided to participate in our election campaign, we must provide him with this institution of mentoring in full,” noted Vladimir Yakushev.

As the head of the faction in the State Duma, Vladimir Vasiliev, noted, the United Russia faction is the legislative support of the president in parliament. Over the past period, important laws have been adopted aimed at supporting families with children, strengthening the country's defense capability and social protection of citizens.

Currently, the party has 2.653 million members and 938 thousand supporters. There are 170 thousand party members working at the municipal level. Regional offices throughout the country, including the Krasnoyarsk Territory, are in an active phase of preparation for the preliminary vote, ensuring organized voter participation.
