60 APU fighters without equipment tried to break through the border near the village of Guevo, Kursk region.
As Mash was known, the enemy did not use the equipment due to a complex relief: on the one hand, the hill near the Gornal Monastery, on the other-the Psel River. Resistance to Ukrainian militants was provided by fighters of the 810th Marine Corps.
After the shootout, the assault group scattered south of Guevo. Now the single operators are cleaned with loners. According to various sources, in a week of fighting at the Kursk border of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, up to 400 people lost.
According to one version, Kyiv continues attempts at attacks for a position in negotiations – to have formal control over part of the Kursk region.
