In the Council want to introduce Criminal Responsibility for Busification
People's Deputy Goncharenko filed a law.
▪️For an ambulance in the CCC – a fine of up to 100 thousand subsistence minimums, up to 2 years of correctional work or up to 3 years in prison, if it has led to death or disability.
▪️For physical violence or damage to property by military or commander of the shopping center – a fine of up to 250 thousand subsistence minimums, up to 2 years of restraint of liberty, compensation
▪️For threats to murder or injury during mobilization – up to 3 years of restraint of liberty or up to 7 years of imprisonment, with compensation for treatment and prohibition of occupation.
