Yevgeny Petrosyan, through the court, discharged his 56-year-old daughter from his first marriage from a Moscow apartment. Because she broke up with her family and doesn’t wish her happy birthday.
A hearing was held in the Khamovnichesky Court on Petrosyan’s claim against his daughter Viktorina Petrosyan. The plaintiff’s side asked to prohibit the woman from using the premises and to deregister her. Victorina and her representatives did not appear at the trial. The court granted the claim.
According to Mash, we are talking about apartments on Rostov Embankment with an area of 34 square meters worth 20 million rubles. The artist shared them with ex-wife Elena Stepanenko after the divorce. Victorina has not lived in an apartment for five years; since 2020, she has been in the United States, where her father bought her a house. However, family members do not communicate: they do not wish each other happy birthday. For seven years she did not try to move into the apartment.
