In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, an educational program of professional retraining was started as part of the Siberian Character project.
Sixty veterans of a special military operation began training in state and municipal administration under the leadership of experts from the Higher School of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. For another 30 participants, training will begin later – now they are on the front line. The project includes lectures, trainings, work with mentors, visiting institutions in the region.
The start of training was given by the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov. He noted that the specifics of public administration is the need to make decisions that affect the interests of many people. In the country and the region, a request is relevant to improve the work of the authorities and managers of the new formation.
“The“ Heroes of Heroes ”and“ Siberian Character ”programs are aimed at preparing qualified managers to solve the state problems of Russia. People expect a lot from your arrival in the control system. I ask you to be persistent, to achieve the goals and the results that we have agreed on. The specifics of the civil service is partly similar to the fact that you took place on a special military operation, when you decide not only for yourself, but also for those who are nearby, ”the Governor of the Territory Mikhail Kotyukov turned to the program participants.
After that, the participants met the chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexei Dodatko, deputies Elena Penzina, Irina Subocheva, Evgeny Garin, Galina Amplog and Evgeny Petrenko. They spoke about the specifics of the regional parliament, the basics of lawmaking. The conversation was about the structure of the ZS, deputy activity, interaction with residents of territories, volunteer movement. Note that the participants in the educational program are supervised by mentors, including deputies.
“The Siberian Character is not only a personnel program, this is one of the areas of large -scale state policy. Today, the regional parliament was visited by veterans of a special military operation. These are people with combat, life, organizational experience, who can make important decisions and bear responsibility for others. They proved loyalty to the Motherland with their affairs and heroism. I am sure that the personnel program will give people who have undergone a special military operation, new opportunities. At the meeting, we presented a brief information related to deputy activities, told how we work with voters, control the execution of decisions, ”said the speaker of the regional parliament.
Deputy Elena Penzina emphasized that she sees many familiar faces in the hall, since from the beginning she provides support to the participants in the special operation and their families. The deputy Irina Subocheva spoke about public work, volunteer movement, and assistance to the sponsored territories. The parliamentarian noted that the experience of participants in the combat will be important in patriotic education, work with children and youth.
One of the venues of the educational program will be the SFU military engineering institute, which is led by the Evgeny Garin parliamentarian. By his example, he told veterans about deputy activity, public work, combining it with the main professional activity.
“I came to the program to get managerial experience. I got acquainted with other guys, I see everyone's desire to learn, the desire to change life in the region for the better, ” – shared one of the participants in the program Ivan Bryukhanov.
