A spokesman for the prosecutor's office informed about the date of interrogation of the Law and Justice leader in Tuesday's announcement. He noted that the planned interrogation will take place as part of the investigation in the prosecutor's office regarding the “broadly understood” process of organizing correspondence elections (so -called envelope elections).
Discontinuation of the investigation in the PWPW case

As we read in a communiqué, the PWPW management board “did not intend to fail to fulfill his duties or exceed the rights and to cause a significant or great financial damage in the company's assets” when organizing the so -called envelope elections. According to the prosecutor's office, the action taken by the management board “was within the limits of justified economic risk, occurring at the date of the event” and were made with sufficient excuse.
