In Sharypovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory, during a test purchase at the RealShina store, Rospotrebnadzor specialists identified an unlabeled product and brought the entrepreneur to administrative responsibility.

The inspectors found that the tires did not have a two-dimensional Data Matrix bar code. In addition, the seller incorrectly transmitted information to the State Information Monitoring System: the goods marked as out of circulation (sold) were being sold.

For the sale of unlabeled products in relation to IP Slyusareva E.A. drew up a protocol under Part 2 of Art. 15.12 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and seized 11 tires with a total value of 74,250 rubles. The court decided to fine him and confiscate the seized goods. The decision has not yet entered into legal force.
