In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 93-year-old resident of the village of Novoselovo received compensation for poor-quality treatment. This was reported in the prosecutor's office of the region.
The prosecutor's office conducted an audit on the treatment of an elderly woman who for a long time could not get high -quality medical care. Employees of the supervisory department found out that, despite repeated appeals to the district hospital, the treatment was ineffective.
It turned out that medical workers without the proper reason appointed a pensioner of the medicine, did not conduct the necessary examinations and did not send it to narrow specialists. As a result, the patient's health did not improve.
“The prosecutor's office made a presentation to the chief doctor, as a result, the guilty health worker was brought to disciplinary liability. In addition, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit with a claim for compensation for non-pecuniary damage, ”the press service of the supervisory authority said.
The court satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor and collected 50 thousand rubles from the medical organization in favor of the victim. After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the elderly woman received not only compensation, but also the necessary consultations of specialists.
