On September 22, Nizhny Novgorod will open the cycle of annual industry conferences “Impulse T1”, which IT Holding T1, one of the largest players in the Russian technological market, will hold for the third time.
The focus is the development of the National Engineering School, the role of regions in strengthening the country's personnel potential and new areas of application of digital solutions. Representatives of leading universities (HSE – Nizhny Novgorod, the University of Neymark) and business (T1, Yadro and others) will meet on one site.
According to the RUSSOFT Association, the Nizhny Novgorod region has been entering the TOP-3 for the development of the software development industry for several years, second only to Moscow and St. Petersburg. The region accounts for about 5-6 % of the total turnover of all Russian software companies. This year, the “impulse T1” will be held in the city leader of digital transformation for the second time. The conference will also take place of Hakaton, where it will be possible to check your skills on real business cases and receive feedback from experts.
“The National Engineering School is not formed at one point and according to a single template, but consists of many unique local centers. Special technological environments are created in the regions, where science, practice and challenges of the local economy give a tangible impetus to innovation. Our task today is not just to see them, but to support and strengthen, turning local competencies into a single digital transformation engine, ”commented Dmitry Kharitonov, General Director of T1 IT Holding.
As the organizers shared, the program of events in Nizhny Novgorod: discussions about the key trends of the industry, practical cases from medicine, education and industry, reports and performances of experts, workshops and lectures. Debats, lectures on the future of professions in the IT field, leadership and psychology of teamwork are also planned.
“We are pleased to participate in the organization of this conference, we share its mission – to develop professional sites for dialogue between leading experts of the industry and talented youth,” said Gulnara Bikkulova, director of the University of Neymark.
In 2025, the events will be held in five cities: after Nizhny Novgorod, the relay race will be accepted by Yekaterinburg, Minsk, Novosibirsk and Moscow.
