In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Lake Tuktykit was officially registered. The emergence of a new object in the catalog was reported in the regional department of Rosreestr.
Lake Tuktykit is located in the Evenki municipal district. The name translated from the Evenki language means “rise”. It is adjacent to the small lakes of Ngela and Erke-Amut, 10 km is Lake Dugkun.
As explained in the department, the inclusion of the name in the register “confirms the official status of hydronym and ensures its correct use in cartography, documents and scientific research.”
