Subsequently, the Kremlin began to put forward the conditions that, according to media estimates, it could be an attempt to tighten the dialogue or avoid it.
On September 3, during a press conference after a visit to China, Putin stated that he did not see the point in meeting Zelensky, but did not exclude its holding, but in Moscow. The Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga called such conditions “obviously unacceptable” and emphasized that at least seven countries are ready to take a meeting.
