If you want something homemade, warm and satisfying, but don’t have time to knead the dough or bake the oven, try this simple pan pie recipe. It is prepared from what is in the refrigerator, does not require proofing and turns out incredibly tender – with a crispy crust on the outside and a juicy filling on the inside.

Flour – 150 g
Salt – a pinch
Soda – ½ teaspoon
Zucchini or zucchini – 1 pc.
Onion – ½ pc.
Hard cheese – 50 g
Vegetable oil – for frying
How to cook:
- Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and lightly squeeze out the juice. Finely chop the onion.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with kefir, add soda, salt and flour.
- Knead the batter.
- Add zucchini, onion, grated cheese and herbs. Mix well.
- Heat a frying pan with oil, pour in the dough and smooth it out.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Carefully turn the pie over and fry the second side for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
