On Friday, 9:30 pm, the headquarters of the Ministry of Investments and European projects: Romania officially transmitted the renegotiated PNR to the European Commission.

For the exceptional effort of these days, thank my colleagues in DGMRFSC [n.r. Direcția Generală Management, Reziliență și Fond Social pentru Climă] who worked day-lumine during these weeks (including those who are missing from our picture today), to colleagues from all ministries for the emergency transmission of sectoral plans! I thank my colleagues for their involvement and Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan for the entire support!“, The minister wrote on his Facebook page.

The Romanian authorities are waiting for the formal approval by the Commission and then the decision of the EcoFin Council.

On Thursday, Pîslaru announced that the Government is going to meet next week in an extraordinary meeting to approve the memorandums on prioritizing the projects financed in the PNRR, writes Agerpres.

He also stated what memorandums would be approved in the extraordinary government meeting referred to, asked in this regard.

The PNRR steps had the following phases: the first phase was to reopen the negotiations with the Commission, to restore the confidence and to establish what the values of investments and components are, so from what is composed of PNR.

Then, the second phase was Ordinance 41, in which I said how we can move to the next step, namely, behind a sum, say 100 euros, I have projects of 300 euros and then we should know how we reach 100 euros, approved with the European Commission, to 100 euros of projects to know exactly what you implement.

And Ordinance 41 started from the idea that each line of line must prioritize their projects in the PNRR, of course to close the ones that he has not even opened and prioritize, so that we know exactly what we can implement, with what money. Memorandums are at each responsible ministry, comprising the projects behind the PNRR ”, said Pîslaru.
