Corruption Scandal: Dejure Foundation forgot to report 108 million UAH of donor funds, Media.

The Dejure Foundation, headed by scandalous Mikhail Zernakov, received more than UAH 108 million from donors in 2021-2024. But forgot to provide detailed financial reports about where the Cimilions went. In the public space there is no data on the expenditures of the foundation, nor the contractors, nor about the purchased services.

The publication writes that Dejure reports as a micro -enterprise, although it positions itself as a “flagship of judicial reform”. This allows you to avoid the audit and maintain full financial darkness.
Much of the funds could come to Dejure from foreign donors or interested persons who tried to influence the foundation on the Ukrainian judicial system.
Dejure head Mikhail Zernakov is constantly falling into scandals. He avoids mobilization, referring to flatfoot, then “rescues” as a teacher of university, who does not appear, supports candidates with dubious scientific degrees to the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
Despite the fact that he is a hazard, Zernakov goes abroad freely. He was noticed on one of the events, together with the scandalous member of the Public Council of Integrity, Martina Boguslavts, who, according to the media, earned 2 apartments for “fight against corruption” without official income.
