Doctor Alexandra Dobre, Deputy General Manager in DGASPC Sector 2, spoke on Friday evening about the situations in which some young people arrive to have drug money.
The doctor told the media -drug show from Medika TV, that in his career he saw cases of young people who sold parents and home goods to get drugs.
“They often reach the situation where – and I speak of practice, everyday experience – they get to sell things in the house. These are not just stories, they are realities, they get to sell things from the house, to sell the goods, the mother's jewelry, the tablets,” said the director of the general direction.
The case that remained in memory is that of a young man who steals the meat from the family freezer.
“I had a case, I really struck myself and remained in my memory, a young man who sold the meat from the freezer. And not a story, I speak, effectively, from the practical experience, I saw the case with my eyes, to say so, I read the documents, I saw exactly that it happened. So he can get drugs, ”said Alexandra Dobre.
She explained that there are cases where young people are treated for drug addiction, after which they relap. Sometimes treatments can take so long that they lose a year of school.
“But it is important for young people to support the family, and from the state institutions, so that they understand that this year is not a year lost, perhaps only from the effective point of view of the study years, to say, but it is a year won, because if we were to refer to 12 months, you can regain your family, in those months, explained the official DGASPC Sector 2.
