FCU Craiova, the team sponsored by Adrian Mitielu, issued a statement in which he transmitted what is happening to the team after being excluded from all competitions by FRF.
Adrian Mititelu's team was excluded from all competitions due to financial problems. Now, the people from Bănie have announced that they will continue “at the level of training and activities specific to the training period with the whole lot available to the coach”
FCU Craiova clarified the team situation after excluding from all competitions
The club is going to work, and the players who were not legitimate, but were in the lot, have the opportunity to look for teams.
“The activity of the team continues at the level of training and activities specific to the training period with the whole team available to the coach, except the players who were in the lot, but who were not legitimate and who were allowed to go to look for other teams,” said FCU Craiova through an official statement.
FCU was submitted massively due to debts to former players, coaches and employees, but also as a result of a litigation with Dinamo, related to a match in the Romanian Cup.
“Pursuant to Art. 85 paragraph 1 letter c of the disciplinary regulation, it orders the exclusion from all the current competitions and the relegation of the team into the lower category of the FCU club 1948 Craiova Football Club SA”, informed the Romanian Football Federation on Wednesday night.
If the decision had become a definitive one, Adrian Mititelu would be in the hypostasis of being excluded for the second time in football, after the disinfiliation that U Craiova passed in 2011. If FCU Craiova is excluded from Liga 3 can continue the activity in Liga 4.
There is a first exclusion decision, but that does not mean it is in force. He is like a convicted person in the first instance, but who is not about to be “incarcerated”. There is a court until “incarceration”.
