Nine districts of Moscow will be improved as part of the integrated territorial development project (CTD). According to the program, old and abandoned areas will be built up into city blocks with infrastructure.
Changes will be in the Western, Central, Northern, Southern and Novomoskovsk districts. There, more than 100 hectares of land will be occupied by technology parks and green areas with squares, parks and bicycle paths. Plus the road surface will be updated. In the remaining zones, new residential complexes, five sports grounds, five kindergartens with almost 1.5 thousand places, schools for 3.5 thousand students and three city hospitals will be built. The initiative will bring 44k jobs and 310 billion rubles in profit.
Currently in Moscow there are 302 projects for integrated development of territories with a total area of ​​about 4.2 thousand hectares at various stages of implementation.
