In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the director of the Divnogorsk management company for a waste of 465 thousand rubles will appear before the court.
The prosecutor's office said that in 2015 the municipal department of the city farms entered into an interaction agreement with the management company LLC “JKH“. Entrepreneurs took on the obligation to accrue and collect a fee for the hire of municipal housing, as well as to recover underpayment.
The collected money was supposed to go to the city budget. The term of transfer – Three banking days from the moment of receipt to the company's account.
But the analysis of financial documentation showed – Not all money entered the budget. From 2021 to 2024, the underpayment exceeded 465 thousand rubles.
Based on the materials of the prosecutor's office, a criminal case of embezzlement has been instituted (part. 3 tbsp. 160 of the Criminal Code). The case will be considered by the Divnogorsky city court.
