The head of the PSD Iasi County Branch, Bogdan Cojocaru, argues that the Liberal leaders are broken by reality and that the Social Democrats have no one to collaborate with from the PNL, because the Liberals do not administer, but “have other habits”. The statement of the PSD head of Iaşi comes after the local PNL leaders accused the PSD on Friday of behaving in Iasi as an opposition party and that there is no collaboration between the two formations, informs News.ro.

“Who from PNL Iaşi to understand you? There are people broken by reality. The president of the County Council, Costel Alexe, is on an eternal vacation. We keep pictures on Facebook and with the sunrise. «Do not steal from public money».

PNL President Iași, deputy Alexandru Muraru, accused, on Friday, in a press conference, that the Social Democrats should conclude the internal elections as soon as possible, in order to be stopped the “agitation” caused by the power struggles in the interim party by Sorin Grindeanu.

“We do not have to fall into the ridiculousness of having parallel governance programs and their own agenda as if we were alone in government. This opposition agitation inside the PSD government is clearly created because of the PSD congress. I ask publicly when this PSD congress takes place to know when the waters in the PSD are reassured and when it is true,” News.ro.

Alexandru Muraru said that when a party votes for certain reforms, but then returns to those decisions, “a political cacophony, which Romania does not allow” is created. “The PSD must choose if it is in government or if it is opposed to its own government,” said Alexandru Muraru.

The president of PNL Iași also criticized the PSD president in the county. “PSD leader Iasi Bogdan Cojocaru attacks the government as if PSD would not be part of this government. Cojocaru is not in the national leadership of the PSD and has no access to information. They are colleagues from the PSD who do not agree with his way of positioning. It is a sign of frustration,” Muraru said on Friday.
