In Krasnoyarsk, the head of the kindergarten No. 14 stole more than 200 thousand rubles from the education department and escaped with a “convent”. This was told in the united press service of the courts of the region.
It was established that in the period from October 2023 to September 2024, a woman, being in office, abducted 234,565 rubles 58 kopecks at the administration. The attacker entered the official documents with false information about the need to establish for the employees of the kindergarten of increased incentive payments, as well as inaccurate data on the volume of work performed by specialists.
In relation to women, they opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud, that is, the theft of someone else's property by deception committed by a person using his official position) and part 1 of Art. 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (official forgery, that is, by the official entering official documents of knowingly false information, if this act is committed from selfish and other personal interest). She lost her job.
The ex-teacher of the kindergarten was sentenced to imprisonment for 1 year and 10 months. By a court decision and in accordance with Art. 73 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, punishment is considered conditional with a trial period of 2 years.
