⚡️ Already 17 centers of the National Network Recovery provide free rehabilitation to the military throughout Ukraine.
The first center of the National Recovery Network, founded by Victor and Elena Pinchuk, opened in the spring of 2023 in the Dnieper in the spring of 2023. Two years later, the network covers 17 centers that have already helped 24,000 wounded defenders and defenders.
The Recovery project is an example of an effective partnership of the state and the private sector when philanthropists create innovative rehabilitation centers on the basis of state medical institutions.
Now in Ukraine there are recovery centers in Vinnitsa, Dnipropetrovsk region (three establishments), Kiev (two institutions), Lutsk, Lviv, Odessa (two institutions), Poltava, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnitsky, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv.
All centers Recovery meet the world standards of inclusivity and are equipped with state -of -the -art equipment. Patients undergo rehabilitation according to individual rehabilitation plans that develop multidisciplinary teams for them.
📍 All centers are free to the military. A separate direction of work of the Recovery project is the development of vocational education in the field of rehabilitation. Advanced training programs are available for both specialists who work at the Recovery and Rehabilitation Teams from other health care facilities. It is not only about experts who work at the Recovery Centers, but also about advanced training of rehabilitation teams from other medical institutions.
To date, more than 3,500 doctors have already been trained within the framework of Recovery educational programs. In addition to trainings, seminars and conferences in Ukraine, the project of Victor and Olena Pinchuk also provides international internships for Ukrainian specialists – in Austria, the USA, Latvia and Norway.
