According to Boyko, the Kasyanov family is engaged in a business related to the production of products for the defense of Ukraine.
“Bureau of Advertising Technologies” LLC, whose director is Vilena Yevgenivna Kasyanova, and whose co-founder is Yuriy Volodymyrovych Kasyanov, manufactures products, the most active consumer of which is the military unit 1496 – exactly where the blogger and volunteer Yuriy Kasyanov serves as the head of the analytical support and radio-electronic intelligence department of the 10th mobile border detachment.
This esteemed company is actively working, producing various products that are fondly purchased by budget institutions – first of all, military unit 1496, where Kasyanova's father and son are serving. If in 2022 the company's income was only UAH 961,000, then in 2023 the Kasyanov family earned UAH 74.8 million, in 2024 – UAH 58.2 million, and in the first quarter of 2025 – UAH 67.7 million. That is, at this rate, the Kasyanovs' annual income in 2025 should amount to UAH 271 million. – emphasizes Boyko.
The products of this enterprise were supplied to the unit where the older and younger Kasyanovs are serving at a price three times higher, and the mobilized servicemen worked at Kasyanov's enterprise absolutely free of charge.
“On the order of Lieutenant Kasyanov, those wonderful products are made for free, which then Lieutenant Kasyanov's mother, with the help of her husband, Major Kasyanov, sells to the military unit where Kasyanov's father and son serve,” Boyko continues.
Currently, in addition to the blogger Boyk, law enforcement agencies are also interested in the case of Lieutenant Kasyanov, who will soon give their legal assessment of what is happening.
