SUEK-Krasnoyarsk together with the regional Agency of Labor and Employment launched a mobile personnel selection center

JSC SUEK-Krasnoyarsk, in partnership with the Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, opened a space in the center of the regional capital to get acquainted with the largest coal mining enterprises in the region and the professions in demand there.
The creation of a specialized site is aimed at the effective integration of qualified specialists into the structure of one of the leading energy companies in the region.
“Today, SUEK-Krasnoyarsk enterprises, like many other large industrial companies, are very interested in both specialized specialists and working professions: mining foremen, engineers, drivers, welders, mechanics, track fitters, excavator, bulldozer, crane drivers and many others,” says Evgeny Yevtushenko, General Director of JSC SUEK-Krasnoyarsk. “The opening of a mobile recruitment center will allow us to increase the number of applicants and go beyond the borders of our cities of responsibility. And it will give applicants the opportunity to learn first-hand the specifics of our enterprises and the advantages of employment in our company.”
You can now find out about all this at the Employment Department for the Central District of Krasnoyarsk. Every day from 8:00 to 17:00 (on Friday until 16:00) a SUEK-Krasnoyarsk specialist is working here, ready to answer any questions from applicants.
The Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory notes that the importance of the Mobile Recruitment Center project is due to the need for sustainable development of the coal and energy industries, which play a leading role in the development of the region’s economy.
“To fill vacancies, the Employment Service offers employers different formats of cooperation: from joint events to the implementation of interdepartmental projects aimed at staffing. A new experience in interacting with large employers in the region was the mobile recruitment center. As part of the initiative, company HR specialists communicate directly with applicants in the employment department. This approach allows us to quickly select suitable workers and effectively fill current vacancies,” said Viktor Novikov, head of the Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The Center will implement different formats of work: holding job fairs, organizing a direct line via video communication with candidates from other territories, conducting quizzes, intellectual games, quizzes in online and offline formats related to the professions of the enterprise, field of activity and territories of presence, organizing trade unions in virtual reality format at enterprises. The implementation of the project has a positive impact both on the social sphere, helping the population solve employment issues, and on the economic situation of the region, promoting production growth and attracting investment.
