The US administration sent a letter to American universities, in which they offer them an agreement on the introduction of changes preferred by President Donald Trump in their policy in exchange for access to state grants – said the daily Wall Street Journal.
It comes, among others on excluding sex and racial criteria in recruitment of students and a limit of the number of foreigners at universities.
As “WSJ” said, nine universities received letters, both private and public, including Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Browna University, Pennsylvania University and the University of Virginia. The administration proposal consists in signing a 10-page “Agreement for academic perfection in higher education”, obliging universities to introduce a number of reforms preferred by Trump in exchange for access to state funds.

This is the next step of Trump's administration to force the universities to introduce the ideological and other changes she desired.
