Rosselkhoznadzor found suspicious meat in the shawl on the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Krasnoyarsk Rosselkhoznadzor updated the list of catering points in the cities of the region, where meat of unknown origin is used to cook dishes. The checks took place from August 25 to September 5, the violations were found in eight establishments.

The list included: the cafe “Madly. Cool shawarma ”(IP Krivenkova T.A.), cafe“ Vietnamese cuisine ”(IP FAM M.N.), cafe“ Black Shawerma ”(IP Muradov R.), cafe of Uzbek cuisine PLOVE (IP Kuziboyev A.A.) from Krasnoyarsk, summer cafe (IP Bagysbaeva K.K.) from Dudinka) “Dowzo” (IP Abishov S.A.) from Bogotol, as well as a cafe (IP Voropaeva N.E.) and the cafe “Corner of Shawarma” (IP Khalmuradov A.I.U.) from Kansk.

In total, since the beginning of the year, 222 public catering enterprises have been identified in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which work with products of unknown origin. Entrepreneurs issued warnings on the inadmissibility of violation of mandatory requirements.

Recall that earlier in Norilsk for two months a dangerous shawarmic was closed, where visitors were poisoned.
