In St. Petersburg, a BDSM studio was set up in the house from the film “Heart of a Dog” on Mokhovaya – all this time the racy place operated in an apartment intended for social housing, and the owners with unusual fetishes positioned their brainchild as a photo studio. Now the utility workers have gone to court to discharge the residents and return the place to its original appearance.
Neighbors noticed an unusual two-room apartment in the house of Professor Preobrazhensky – the declared photo studio had a very strange price list. Judging by the prices on social networks, an hour of renting a BDSM room cost 1.5 thousand rubles. There were also options to rent a room for a day for 12k, and additional benefits included, for example, a massage table. The interior was also atypical and certainly didn’t look like an ordinary photo shoot room.
76 squares alerted local residents – they reported their suspicions to the public. According to our information, the story reached the administration and prosecutor's office of the Central District. During the inspection, it turned out that no one lives in the apartment itself, and the tenants also made unapproved redevelopment. But the most interesting thing: all this time the square belonged to the city – back in 1982 the premises were transferred to social rent. Now the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the employer are registered in the two-room apartment.
After a sea of unexpected discoveries, the housing agency filed a lawsuit in the Dzerzhinsky District Court. The demand was simple: to discharge the tenants and restore the premises to their original condition. They also plan to add the piquant apartment to the list of available social housing. A hearing in the case has not yet been scheduled.
