The deputy George Simion, the leader of Gold, said on Sunday, in the plenary session of the Parliament on the topic of the four censorship motions initiated by the opposition, that the current power holds “all the power in the Romanian state”.
The Chamber of Deputies and the Senate met on Sunday to debate and vote for the censure motions that the opposition against four of the five projects for which the prime minister has committed the Government's liability on September 1.
The leader of the Gold, who before the meeting had announced that the opposition's parliamentarians would not enter the room to postpone the debate and vote on Mondays, asked to ascertain the “lack of quorum”.
“I will pray at the end of these debates, before the vote for the first motion introduced by us, to find a lack of quorum. There are no 232 parliamentarians to say” present “here, in the room, then you do not have the necessary quorum. That's why, I want to start by telling you that you have all, all, all the power in the Romanian state. It is unprecedented that from the first 500 management positions in the Romanian state all 500 belong to power, ”said George Simion.
He accused the representatives of the power of “stepped on” the will of the people and criticized Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan for the decision to hire the Government's responsibility on five projects on the same day.
“You have chosen to step on the will of the Romanian people, not to have a dialogue with the Romanians and to barricade behind a majority, which, in the Parliament, represents 70%, but for what needed, Mr. Premier Bolojan, to take five times responsibility? Five times! Five assumes! From this country, the separation of powers in the state teaches in civic education, ”said the leader of Gold.
The deputy argues that Romania risks “shortly incapacitation”.
