Orlen is expanding its catering and service offer. Soon, the chain's customers will be able not only to drink coffee or eat the iconic hot dog, but also to take advantage of the company's new ideas. The station in Pruhonice (Czech Republic) was selected for the pilot program of introducing a new service format. This was determined by, among others, its location makes it one of the most visited in this region of the Czech Republic. It also has a large area and parking for trucks, which increases its popularity. The facility is eagerly used by Orlen to test introduced innovations.

Orlen. Pizza in three minutes, laundry in half an hour
“In the fall, we installed a fast charging station for electric cars here, and now we are adding pizza machines and a laundry. The results after the first weeks of operation show that customers are interested in these services,” said Rostislav Moravec, director of the Czech network of Orlen gas stations, quoted in the company's announcement.

The self-service pizzeria, called “pizzamat”, is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. How does it work? The meal is prepared by the restaurant responsible for delivering the meals, and then the cooled product goes to the vending machine. The customer receives a ready, fresh pizza within approximately three minutes.
The self-service laundry, available at the gas station in Pruhonice, is equipped with two washing machines with a capacity of 8 and 18 kg and a dryer with a capacity of 18 kg. A standard washing cycle lasts 30-40 minutes and drying 15-30 minutes.
