

According to the air forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia on the night of September 7 launched a record number of air over the entire time of the war – 818 (805 of them are drones). Defense forces destroyed or neutralized 751 targets.
As a result of the attack, a fire arose on the 9th floor of the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the capital.
As Nyt indicated, rising on the hill, the government district in Kyiv is located in the center of the air defense ring and is considered the most protected area in Ukraine.
However, in the morning of September 7th, this defense was broken when Russia launched the largest air attack over the entire war with drones and missiles, the newspaper noted.
A fire raged from the windows of the building where the Cabinet of Ministers sits, and the rescuers flew by helicopter to put out it, added the media.
Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko later published a photo of the consequences of the Russian attack, which visible the charred corridor inside the Cabinet of Ministers, broken doors and hanging electric wires.
At the same time, the mayor of Kyiv Vitaly Klitschko allowed Telegram that the fire began due to the fall of the fragments of the UAVs shot down.
Context
On the night of September 7, the aggressor country applied massive blow to Ukraine, including Kyivas a result of which people died. In particular, the capital records destruction in Darnitsky, Pechersk and the most serious – in the Svyatoshinsky district.
