Two people died and another three, including a pregnant young woman, were injured on Friday night in a road accident in Scânteia commune, Iași county, where a utility vehicle and a wagon collided, according to the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) Iași.
According to the firefighters, quoted by News.ro, among the victims are an 18 -year -old, pregnant in two months, in the cart, who suffered polytrauma.
Also, the driver of the utility vehicle and another man were injured, who were transported to the Neurosurgery Hospital.
Those who have lost their lives are a 50-year-old man and a 21-year-old. ISU Iași said that the horse that towed the Hypo workshop died as a result of the impact.
Initially, the intervention crews announced that five people were involved, two of them being found in cardio-respiratory stop, for which resuscitation maneuvers were applied.
