The National Guard will stay longer in Washington. They were to receive an order

Data November 30 applies to 950 national soldiers of the National Guard sent by Donald Trump to the streets of Washington in the first half of August. The president justified this step with the necessity of fighting crime.
This term, however, does not refer to the remaining 1,300 soldiers, who were sent to the capital by several states at the call of the head of state. These guards remain under the control of governors of individual states.
One of the sources told television that some of these guardsmen received the order to be stationed in the Colombia district until the end of the year. The Washington Post also wrote on Thursday that the administration plans to extend the mission until the end of December.
On Thursday, the Prosecutor General of the Colombia District, Brian Schwalb, sued Donald Trump's court for sending the National Guard to the streets of Washington. The prosecutor described this step of the president as an illegal “military occupation”, which transformed domestic soldiers into local police. President Trump assures that thanks to his actions the city has become safer.
