The first deputy head of the Government of the Russian Federation checked the work of large industries in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, together with Governor Mikhail Kotyukov, visited large industrial enterprises of the region and evaluated their production capabilities.
Denis Manturov began his work trip from Zheleznogorsk. Together with Mikhail Kotyukov and General Director of Roscosmos State Corporation Dmitry Bakanov, he visited the Reshetnev JSC. The enterprise created a unique installation and test building, in which the assembly and testing of spacecraft of various class and purpose for the domestic orbital group is carried out.
The guests saw communications and navigation satellites at different stages of production, as well as the promising development of the company – digital useful load, a modular unified microclass platform, new design solutions for creating spacecraft GLONASS systems, compact satellite communications for transport.
Now in the production, a conveyor assembly line of spacecraft weighing up to 300 kg has been created. There are systems of robotization and automated control, machine vision based on neural networks, visualization of the process of performing production operations is used. The site allows you to completely close the cycle of serial assembly of space platforms. Serial production allows you to more quickly form orbital groups and provide quality consumer services throughout Russia. Satellite systems created in the company “Reshetnev” were included in the national project “Cosmos”.
“Roscosmos is the task of establishing conveyor production of satellites. Today, together with you, we were convinced that this task is completed. There is already work on the formation of orders for loading this line. I believe that colleagues as a whole coped. This will be a good help to accelerate the implementation of the National Cosmos project and launch more satellites for different tasks, including remote probing of the Earth, ”said Denis Manturov.
After that, Denis Manturov and Mikhail Kotyukov visited Krasmash JSC. In recent years, industrial enterprises have been actively connected to the modernization of the material and technical base of colleges and technical schools. Young people master modern equipment even in the learning process, and they come to enterprises with practical skills.
In the company “Krastztmet” Denis Manturov and Mikhail Kotyukov got acquainted with the work of the scientific and technological center. In laboratories and in experimental and industrial areas, research, experiments, tests are carried out, existing and new technologies and products are being developed. In particular, Denis Manturov and Mikhail Kotyukov presented sorption technology for lithium extraction from hydromineral raw materials. The technology is 2-3 times more economical than traditional and allows you to extract lithium even from raw materials with an extremely low metal concentration of 5 mg/liter.
Guests were also told about the promising direction – the development of technologies for extracting rare -earth metals and obtaining individual compounds. In terms of rare-earth metals, Russia ranks second in the world, however, due to the lack of technologies and production capacities, rare-earth metals have to be imported. The presence of domestic effective technologies for the production of rare -earth metals will reduce import dependence and begin export of demanded products in the world market.
“The Krasnoyarsk Territory is included in the ten most industrially developed regions of Russia, where traditional industries – mining, metallurgical and energy – form more than half of the GRP. But we look forward: it is important to develop dynamically, to master new production and technology. I am sure that the land is able to become a platform for the implementation of technological leadership projects in the interests of national development. We see special potential in the creation of the Center for satellite building. This will be facilitated by the tank accumulated at the enterprises of Krasnoyarsk and Zheleznogorsk, and the strong educational and scientific base of the University of Reshetnev and our laboratories. On this basis, we are ready to form a center that can solve a full cycle of problems – from the development of the latest spacecraft to the introduction of advanced technologies within the framework of the national project.
