French President Emmanuel Macron said after the Thursday meeting the so -called Coalitions willing in Paris that 26 countries of this body are ready to send their soldiers to Ukraine or provide it with support “on land, sea and air”. The purpose of this undertaking would be to guarantee that Russia will observe a potential peace agreement.
In response, Putin said that he did not see the point in distributing Western forces in Ukraine if a peace agreement is developed. He added that Russia will comply with agreements on Ukraine. He warned that Western forces would be a full target of the attack.

“It is Ukraine who will decide on the arrangement of troops on its territory,” Pinho said, referring to Putin's words.
