First candidate – Vsevolod Sevastyanov. For 35 years, he held key posts in the legislative branch.

Second candidate – Academician Vasily Shabanov. He is the supervisor of the Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center SB RAS. He has been working in the science of the Krasnoyarsk Territory since 1964, devoting more than 60 years to scientific research and scientific -organizational activity. Thanks to his efforts in the difficult 90s, it was possible to maintain the performance of the institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Scientific Center itself.
The question of assigning honorary titles will be considered by the relevant committee of the regional parliament.
