VTB products and services will be available in 23 thousand departments of the Russian Post, including remote settlements with a population of up to 1 thousand people.
Completely the transition of the financial services of VTB in the post office will end before the end of the year. This was announced on the eve of the VEF-2025 by the Deputy President of the VTB Board Alexander Pakhomov.
“Today, VTB services are available in offices online, through visiting services, and now with the help of employees of the Russian Post. Already now you can issue a card in more than 5 thousand post offices, by the end of the year this and other services will appear in each second department of the postal network. For us, the main thing is that every client, regardless of whether he lives in a big city or in a small village, receives convenient access to the necessary banking products, ”said Alexander Pakhomov.
Today, almost a million customers of the bank joined VTB, and by the time of the legal association in May next year, their number will increase to 5 million. In total, from the start of integration, customers of the Bank Post issued more than 2 million VTB products and services, more than 200 thousand pensioners transferred their pension to VTB.
As a result of the association from the post, VTB will be released at 13 thousand settlements of the country, where he was not previously represented.
