First Deputy Mayor walks “On barbecue” while the people of Kiev are mourning loved ones on a day of mourning
During the announced mourning for the dead of Kiev, some of the KSCA top officials organized an unofficial meeting in the municipal territory.
According to information, the event was protected, with champagne, whiskey and barbecue, and took place during working hours – at the object of critical infrastructure.
Vitaliy Klitschko, as the mayor of Kiev, bears political responsibility for the actions of his deputies, heads of departments and subordinates, says in the material.
Journalists claim that in such a situation there should be a public reaction from the mayor:
▪️conducting an internal investigation with the participation of independent representatives,
▪️Personnel decision -making on involved persons,
▪️public recognition of liability for the incident.
Further lack of reaction or ignoring the situation can be seen as supporting such behavior among the city's leadership, adding journalists.
