The Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted to attack the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant with three UAVs. According to Mash, aircraft-type kamikaze drones with 2–3.5 kg of explosives on board were planted by electronic warfare forces two kilometers from the enterprise. Debris fell on a private property and slightly damaged one of the houses.
This is the first time NLMK has been attacked on such a large scale. The plant is the largest steelmaking enterprise in the country.
