Fourteen, i.e. an additional annual cash benefit, was permanently found in the ZUS payout calendar. This does not require seniors to submit any applications – ZUS admits, calculates and transfer money.

This year's fourteen is PLN 1878.91 gross, which is almost PLN 98 more than a year earlier. It is equal to the minimum retirement in force from March 2025 to February 2026. In full amount, the benefit is granted to persons with a pension not exceeding PLN 2,900 gross. For higher benefits, the “zloty for PLN” mechanism is used.
ZUS explained that the payment would not cover persons to whom the fourteenth pension would be lower than PLN 50 gross – this applies to recipients receiving over PLN 4,728.91 gross per month.
In September, the fourteen will not only be given to pensioners, but also people receiving, among others Family pensions and the title of incapacity for work, pre -retirement benefits, bridging pensions, teaching compensation benefits or family supplementary benefits.
