Three roads making road markings on A1, hitting a TIR

Three people died in an accident on A1, on Tuesday afternoon, at the exit of Boița, according to Agerpres. The tower of the Advice writes that they were making road markings on the first band of the highway when they were hit by a TIR.

The County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Sibiu stated that the accident occurred more precisely at kilometer 230, Tălmaciu – Vetem area, on the Vâlcea – Sibiu direction.

“Against some causes that will be established after the research, the driver of a TIR ensemble hit three men (one 19 years old, from Teleorman county and two of 20 and 37, from Dâmbovița county) who made road markings, employees of a commercial company. Unfortunately, the impact led to the death of the three persons,” Brad.

The Regional Directorate of Roads and Bridges Brașov said that it is not about the institution employees, but about the employees of a company performing works in the guarantee for the builder of the Sibiu – Boița team, a company subcontracted by the PORR, specialized in road markings.

“Today they worked all day on that sector, in several points, and they were in the last intervention area,” said Robert Elekes, from DRDP Brașov.
