The Netherlands tempts Poles with attractive work. Up to 4,000 PLN in a week


With the end of the holiday season, many employers will say goodbye to employees who provided service at many gastronomic points on the Baltic Sea, in the mountains and other tourist facilities. Some of these employees can look for a way to earn money at work abroad.

According to “Fakt”, many job offers are waiting for Poles at the harvest of peppers in the Netherlands. This country is one of the tycoons in the cultivation of peppers, and the vegetables are mainly exported. At Dutch Paprika plantations, he expects employment for foreigners – including Poles, and employers offer attractive conditions of remuneration and other amenities.
What is very important, which is noticed by “Fakt”, the ads emphasize the lack of experience and lack of language knowledge. The most tempting, however, is a salary that significantly exceeds Polish hourly and daytime rates.

In the announcements, employers provide legal employment based on a Dutch employment contract, guarantee an hourly rate of EUR 15.84 (almost PLN 70) per hour. As “Fakt” indicates, for comparison, the Polish hour salary is PLN 30.50 gross. In addition, employees can count on additional paid overtime and work on Saturdays (up to 150 percent rates), add -ons (holiday, holiday). In addition, some employees can count on a loyalty bonus (even 20 euros) for each work week.
