In the city of Nazarovo, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the police had to catch a teenager on a pitbike.

During patrolling, traffic police inspectors drew attention to the driver of a motocross mini-motorcycle transporting a passenger without a motorcycle. Ryder ignored the police demand for a stop and tried to hide. Auto inspectors, turning on flashing beacons and special sound signals, went after, demanding to stop.

During his path, the motorcyclist violated the traffic rules, creating emergency situations. As a result, he threw a pitbike and tried to hide, but was discovered by employees of the traffic police.

The driver turned out to be a 17-year-old young man, and his passenger was a 14-year-old girl. As it turned out, Pitbike was acquired by a mother for her son, but she did not allow him to ride on him. Why the student violated the parental ban – refused to explain. Inspectors explained to the mother that this vehicle is qualified as a motorcycle, therefore, a driver’s license needs to be controlled.

The teenager gathered a whole “bouquet” of offenses:

• driving a vehicle who does not have a driver’s license;
• violation of the rules of travel through the railway track;
• Departure to the “oncoming lane”;
• transportation of a passenger without a motorcycle;
• travel to the prohibiting traffic signal;
• Failure to fulfill the legal requirement of a police officer to stop.

The total amount of fines for the above violations may amount to more than 30 thousand rubles. In addition, in relation to the owner of the vehicle, material was compiled under Part 3 of Art. 12. 7 of the Administrative Code for the transfer of the management of a vehicle who does not have the right to drive. The sanction provides for a fine of 30 thousand rubles.

Administrative material is also sent for consideration to the commission on minors. The motorcycle is put on a specialized parking lot.
