In the Rybinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the bailiffs forcibly evicted a man from the apartment of his ex -wife.

It is reported that the couple made a divorce last year, but the man remained in the woman’s housing and categorically refused to free him. The woman did not want to continue to lead a joint life with him, so she moved out of her apartment to the removable one. When attempts to convince the ex-spawn to leave her living space did not lead to the expected result, she filed a lawsuit against a compulsory eviction and the court sided with her.

“The bailiff handed the man a decree on the initiation of enforcement proceedings with a request for the need to free up the living room and take out personal belongings. But he did not do this within the prescribed time, in connection with which he drew up a protocol under Part 1 of Art. 17.15 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. After that, a compulsory execution of the requirement was carried out. Since the man did not appear at the eviction, the bailiff opened the apartment in the presence of a woman and witnesses, described the property and drew up an act, after which the hostess changed the castles. The man was sent to the man to free the dwelling and take out his things, which he completed at the appointed time, ”the department said.

The bailiffs resemble residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory that the voluntary execution of a court decision on eviction is the most reasonable and profitable way, which allows minimizing financial losses, material and psychological, as well as to avoid further legal problems.
