Currently, another criminal case has been instituted against the violator-recidivist under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Management of a vehicle in a state of intoxication by a person subjected to administrative punishment”, the sanction of which provides for up to two years in prison.
