According to the current regulations, a care allowance may apply to a person who meets one of the statutory conditions. Care allowance is:
- a disabled child;
- a disabled person over the age of 16, if he has a certificate of a significant disability;
- a disabled person over the age of 16 with a moderate disability certificate if the disability was created at the age of 21;
- A person who is 75 years old.
