On September 1, more than 148 thousand schoolchildren sat in Krasnoyarsk for desks, of which 14 thousand were first -graders. The city began this academic year with a record: simultaneously, two new schools for 1100 seats each – on the streets of March 8 and take -off.
On a solemn line in a new school on the street on March 8, who has become The building of the gymnasium No. 9, acting The heads of the city Alexei Shuvalov thanked the builders and teachers.
“We all tried very hard for the building to open the doors on September 1. The governor of the region set such a task for us, and together we performed it with joint efforts. The school is already unique: the first engineering and construction classes in Krasnoyarsk are opening here. Congratulations to children, parents, teachers. Let the new academic year be happy for everyone, ”said Alexei Shuvalov.
A feature of the holiday was the participation of fathers-servants who came to take children to school. They were met with separate applause.
After the opening of the new school, Alexei Shuvalov visited the updated person No. 2, where overhaul was over. The historical building is more than 100 years, but now there is modern equipment: the interactive anatomical table “Pirogov” and the Mendeleev spreadsheet.
In total, after overhaul, six schools opened, where more than 8 thousand students returned. Most of the first classes this year scored schools No. 156 and No. 159 – 15 parallels each.
