“For starters, we offer to learn how to prepare the perfect custard dough for Cheburs, with which everything will succeed. And we also have a simple recipe for Cheburs, which will help you understand that you are all out of forces,” the culinary specialist noted.
Ingredients:
- 570 g of wheat flour;
- one egg;
- 10 ml of vodka;
- 2 tbsp. l. oils;
- 300 ml of hot water;
- A pinch of salt.
Cooking
- See 500 g of flour, add salt and stir.
- Pour boiling water and start to actively stir the dough with a spatula or spoon. Add vodka and vegetable oil. Knead further. When the dough is not too hot, continue to knead with your hands.
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or film and leave the dough for 20 minutes.
- Pull the egg, add another 70 g of flour and knead the dough well again with your hands.
- Divide the dough into six to eight balls. And leave again for 10 minutes. If you plan to make dumplings or dumplings out of it, leave it to approach.
- Roll it for Cheburs, add the filling and fry.
