Today, September 1, 2025, the police officers of Section 16 of the Capital Police were notified by 112 about an aggression on a street in Sector 4. The victim, about 70 years old, was attacked with a knife and was subsequently transported to the hospital.
The police crew arrived urgently on the spot and confirmed the incident. The victim received the first medical care and was transported to the hospital for further investigations.
The police have identified and detected a 45 -year -old man, suspected of committing the deed. The investigations were taken over by the Prosecutor's Office next to the Bucharest Court, together with the Homicii Service, to determine exactly the circumstances of the aggression.
“We specify that the investigations are ongoing, and the Capital Police, under the coordination of the parquet unit, will continue to act firmly to clarify all the circumstances and to hold the persons involved,” DGPMB said.
