The house for 350 million rubles on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, walks and no attention – we tell and show how Alla Pugacheva lives in Cyprus.
The mansion on the first line of the sea: security at the entrance, but without high fences. Two floors, basement, pool, four bathrooms and a terrace with flowers. There is a garage (although there is no car) and a room for staff. Inside, everything is quite simple, especially compared to the castle in mud.
Pugacheva most often spends time on the veranda – in the shade, with the phone. When Galkin comes to visit, sometimes they walk along the pier together.
According to Mash, the communal apartment and security cost about € 7k per year. Electricity – € 400 times a quarter, water – € 50 every two months. Bicycles are at the garage painted with cartoons, flowers regularly update on the terrace.
As the couple’s acquaintances say, the house was chosen due to calm: “Nobody is steaming here.” You can just live without fuss and extra attention. Children go to an English school and seemed to be happy.
